As per the British Columbia Provincial Metal Dealers and Recycler Act.
As per section 2 of the Metal Dealers and Recyclers Act, customers MUST supply 1 of the following
- A valid driver’s license issued under the Motor Vehicle Act that displays a photograph of the holder.
- A valid driver’s license issued by another jurisdiction in Canada or the United States of America that displays a photograph of the holder.
- A valid BC identification card issued under the Identification Card Regulation that displays a photograph of the holder.
Further to the above:
- West Coast Metal Recycling Inc. requires all materials to be delivered via an insured vehicle with a clearly visible license plate
We DO NOT accept materials delivered via the following:
- Bicycles
- Shopping carts
- Scooters/personal mobility devices
- Walk in
- Taxi
- Uber/Lyft
